FAQ
PRICING
We scope first. Pricing depends on deliverables, usage, timeline, and complexity. We don’t do window-shopping rates.
If the scope matches the budget, yes. If it doesn’t, we either reduce scope or decline.
Sometimes, depending on project size. Standard work typically starts with a deposit to reserve bandwidth.
TIMELINES
Depends on scope and queue. If you want “fast,” we need a clean brief and fast approvals.
Only if bandwidth allows. Rush usually means fewer rounds and a higher priority slot.
Vague briefs, missing references, late approvals, and “just one more change” loops.
REVISIONS
Revisions are capped by lane and confirmed after scope. Extra rounds become paid extensions.
Changes after approval of a direction. If the request changes the direction, it’s new scope.
Yes — but it becomes a scope change. We pause, re-scope, and approve the new plan before continuing.
FILES + DELIVERY
Depends on the lane. Typically: exports for delivery + source files if included in scope (AI/PSD/FIGMA/SVG/PDF).
If print is in scope, yes. If not, we can add it as an extension.
Yes — it’s normal for rollouts. We just need the required platforms/specs upfront.
RIGHTS + USAGE
Only if approved. Some work stays private (vault). You can request privacy by default.
If needed, yes. Keep it simple and aligned with the project scope.
Ownership/usage is defined in the approval + delivery terms. We keep everything clean and explicit.
BOOKING
Go to Studios and submit a request. If approved, we scope and send a quote + timeline.
Deliverables, references, deadline, platform specs, and what “success” looks like. Short and clear wins.
No. We take what fits the system and the schedule. If it’s not aligned, we’ll say so.
